Refunds
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a refund.
All returns must be requested within working days of availing the request.
Refund Process
All requests for refunds must be made from My Orders page on the website within working days of availing of the service. The request must also include proof to justify the request for a refund.
Once your request is received, after reviewing the request, we will process your payment. Please allow working days from the receipt of your refund confirmation email to initiate the payment. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Exceptions
Post working days of availing any of the services to initiate a refund, please email us to online@refillbeauty.ae along with the proof of your request reason.
